Senate Bill 0111 Pending
Would prohibit violations of an ISP's policy concerning unsolicited commercial e-mail and allow the ISP to seek damages for such a violation.
Would also require unsolicited commercial e-mail to provide valid opt-out information and honor opt-out requests.
